22 year old Adam lost his life to Leukaemia on January 9th 2008 having first contracted the disease at the age of 16. This is his story, complete with entry to the Dumball rally ’07!
Adam had a life saving bone marrow transplant in November 2001 and during his treatment and the following years before relapsing in 2006, he proved an inspiration to others and touched the lives of many, many people through his presence and via his dad’s blog at www.adamhorn.com

Adam enjoyed his involvement with the Teenage Cancer Trust and worked in their office for a month in the middle of treatment.

In the last year of his life he had his leg amputated but within a few months, was travelling on the Dumball rally to Istanbul. Adam lived his life to the full and did more in his 22 years than many people get to do in a full lifetime.
