Steph was originally diagnosed in 2009 with an Ewing Sarcoma, Steph had to go through intense chemotherapy and radiotherapy before she was given the all clear. Steph started to get her life back on track but unfortunately Steph relapsed and more chemotherapy had to take place however the treatment didn’t work so Steph had to have an amputation. Steph explains why the new Cambridge Teenage Cancer Trust unit is so important to her and how it was so hard to stay positive when Steph had to be treated on an adult ward.
